The Weather Forecaster
Once upon a time, there was a weather forecaster who always told two possibilities for just in case. 
One evening, she reported the weather forecast for the next day, “There is a possibility that it will rain tomorrow. There is also a possibility that it will not rain tomorrow.”

ある時、常にふた通りの可能性について伝える気象予報士がいた。
ある夕方、彼女は翌日の天気予報を伝えた。「明日は、雨が降る可能性が有ります。また、明日は、雨が降らない可能性も有ります。」

伝える（つたえる）：to tell, to report (verb)

気象（きしょう）：weather

予報士（よほうし）：a forecaster

気象予報士：a weather forecaster

伝える気象予報士 : a weather forecaster who reports something

気象予報士がいた。：There was a weather forecaster

ある時、気象予報士がいた。: Once upon a time, there was a weather forecaster.






One evening, she reported the weather forecast for the next day, “......"
ある夕方、彼女は翌日の天気予報を伝えた。「...............」

ある夕方（あるゆうがた）：One evening

彼女（かのじょ）：she / her

翌日（よくじつ）：the next day

天気（てんき）：weather

予報（よほう）：a forecast

天気予報：the weather forecast

翌日の天気予報 : the weather forecast for the next day 

伝える (つたえる) :to tell, to report, to inform (verb), to give someone an information (verb)

伝えた。: You told/reported/informed. (past action or activity)

ある夕方、彼女は伝えた。「...............」: One evening, she reported, “......"

彼女は天気予報を伝えた。: She reported the weather forecast.




There is a possibility that it will rain tomorrow. 
明日は、雨が降る可能性が有ります。

明日（あす・あした）：tomorrow

雨（あめ）：a rain

降る (ふる): It rains. It snows.

雨が降る: it rains.

雪 (ゆき) : a snow

雪が降る : It snows.

明日は雨が降る：It will rain tomorrow.

雨が降る可能性: a possibility that it will rain.

有る(ある) / 有ります。(あります) : It is here/there. I have it. There is such a thing. It exits.

明日は、有ります。: It will be here/there tomorrow.

可能性が有る。/ 可能性が有ります。: There is such a possibility.

明日は、可能性が有ります。: There is such a possibility tomorrow.




There is also a possibility that it will not rain tomorrow.
また、明日は、雨が降らない可能性も有ります。

また : and/also/then/or (depends on the context)

明日 (あす / あした) : tomorrow

雨 (あめ) : a rain

降らない (ふらない) : It does not rain. It does not snow.

雨が降らない。: It does not rain. I will not rain.

雨が降らない可能性: a possibility that it will not rain

有る / 有ります：It is here/there. You have it.

可能性が有ります。: There is such a possibility.

可能性も有ります。: There is also such a possibility.

また、明日は、可能性も有ります。: There is also such a possibility tomorrow.

Paperwork Throughout every stage of the Japanese medical care system, from government offices and service providers to the people receiving care, seem to spend the vast majority of their time filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. Unfortunately if a person who receives medical services is unable or cannot manage his or her documents, then their family will receive mountains of paperwork from both the government offices and service providers. I think that the Japanese government should headhunt talented people from advanced companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, and so on.
