Expensive Books

Expensive Books When I want to read a book but it is too expensive, I google the name of the author. Then, I can find that many people are mentioning the author, including what the author often reports, writes and says at many places, conferences, online, etc. Also, I will probably find the YouTube channels on which the author speaks about his or her research. By reading and watching them a lot, I will probably get most of the main idea of the book without actually purchasing it. Andrew: You can say "I Google search the name of the author", but it is more natural to use "Google" as a verb when speaking informally: "I google the name of the author"

A Weak Dollar and a Weak Yen

A Weak Dollar and a Weak Yen Fujikun:  If the United States prints a lot of U.S.dollar bills, it causes a strong yen and a weak dollar. Then, Japan will print a lot of Japanese yen, and it will weaken Japanese yen. Then, the exchange rate will restore the normal situation. If so, is there any problem? Jacqueline: I don't know much about inflation, but that's what it would cause. And it wouldn't be a good thing.
