The One Thousand and First Story
The One Thousand and First Story
Once upon a time, there was a man who often went to a Starbucks coffee stand located in an arcade in his town.
He lived with his wife in a small and simple apartment. She also loved drinking coffee with him at home.
His hobby was to create a short story every day, and she was the only listener.
One day night at 10:00 pm in the bed room, his wife asked him to tell her a story, “Please tell me a story.”
The man began the story, “Once upon a time, there was a man who was lonely and poor. He was an artist, and drew a new picture every day with his Mac at the Starbucks in his town...........”
His wife, “Zzz...” The man said to her, ”Good night.”
By 11:00 pm , she was already asleep. He had logged into Hello Talk and was ready to tap the "send" button for his new story.
Two years later, at 11:00 pm, the man had tapped the "send" button for the new story.
The man said, “Good night.” However, there was no response from his wife. The bedroom was just silent.
Three years later, at 11:00 pm, the man had tapped the "send" button for his one thousand and first story. Then, he went into an eternal sleep.
The next morning, the man said to his wife, “Good morning! How have you been?”
She replied, “Hi! Very good! I've been freed from the pain in here. I don't need anymore medication or IV drips.”
He said, “Great! I'm glad to see you again! I no longer want to be alone.”
After that, they lived in heaven happily ever after.
