A Message from a Niece
Once upon a time, there was a man who lived alone in a small apartment in Japan.
He Skyped his niece who lived in Poland every Sunday morning.
One day, he wanted to talk with her about switching his internet service provider to a local company that would give him a special cash back offer.
As they talked on the Skype call, the niece realized (or noticed) that her uncle was not good at organizing documents.
So, she wrote a message to him:
Dear uncle Fujio!
I would like to give you some instructions to help make organizing easier for you:
How To Organize the Documents You Have Received From Your Internet Service Provider
First: Please get a binder from a 100 yen shop.
Second: Please carefully check the dates of all documents. Forget about categories, just put them in chronological order without worrying about the contents.
Third: Please arrange all documents in chronological order. The oldest document on the top, and the newest one on the bottom.
Fourth : Please review the binder time to time.
