Mr. Stupid

Mr. Stupid A man lived in the countryside. People in the town gave him the nickname "Mr. Stupid" because he always said "Stupid!" to whomever he met in his daily life. One Monday morning, he purchased something at a store but the shop asked him to fill in two forms for some reason. He said, "Stupid! This is just a waste of time!" The following day, he visited a division in a government office to get a certificate. An officer requested that he provide another document which he will receive from another division in the same building. Again, he said, "Stupid! It's just waste of paper! Why don't you share my information electronically?" In this way, he said "Stupid" to people every day. Sunday morning came. He attended his church. The minister spoke his message based on the passage for the day. In the middle of his sermon, the minister said to the people, "Whomever says "Stupid!" to his brother, he will be i

Odd Postage Prices

Odd Postage Prices In 2019, Japan Postal Service increased some prices of the domestic postage. For a card, the postage price increased from 62 Yen to 63 Yen, and for a regular envelope, from 82 Yen to 84 Yen. I really don’t like these amounts not because these are expensive, but because these are odd amounts. I have to buy additional stamps, which are 1 Yen and 2 Yen because I still have many 62 Yen and 82 Yen stamps at home. I wish that the Japan Postal Service would increase the prices to 90 Yen for both a card and envelope but not change those prices for many years. Alternatively, they should sell Forever Stamps in the same way of the United States Postal Service. Menu Words and Phrases Od
