Microphone testing
A man was testing a microphone and audio system before an event. He was saying something to the mic, "Testing, testing, this is a microphone testing right now! It's beautiful sky today! Testing, testing, this is a microphone testing right now! Anyone who can't hear my voice, please raise your hand!" As no one raised a hand, the man told the event director, "All microphones are okay!"

マイクのテスト
イベントを前にして、ひとりの男が、マイクとオーディオシステムのテストをしていた。彼は、マイクに向かって何か言っていた。「テスト、テスト、只今マイクのテスト中！ 本日は晴天なり！ テスト、テスト、只今マイクのテスト中！　この声が聞こえない方は手をあげてください！」誰も手を挙げないので、彼はイベントのディレクターに、「マイクは全部大丈夫です！」と伝えた。

彼 (かれ) : he / his / him

向かう (むかう) : to turn your face toward something, to go toward a certain direction or destination (verb)

マイクに向かう : to turn your face to a microphone (verb)

何か (なにか) : something

言う (いう) : to say (verb)

言っている。 (いっている) : You are saying something now.

言っていた。(いっていた) : You were saying something at the time.

只今(ただいま): right now, just now

テスト中(てすとちゅう): It is under testing

本日(ほんじつ): today

晴天なり！(せいてんなり): It is clear sky, bright sky, beautiful sky!

テスト、テスト、只今マイクのテスト中！ 本日は晴天なり！ テスト、テスト、只今マイクのテスト中！　: This is a typical expression when testing a microphone in Japan.

誰 (だれ) : who

誰も.....ない : no one ......

手 (て) : a hand, hands

挙げる (あげる) : to raise a part of your body (verb)

手を挙げる : to raise your hand (verb)

手を挙げない : to not to raise your hand

誰も手を挙げない。: No one raises a hand.

誰も手を挙げないので、.... : as no one raised a hand, so .....

ディレクター : the director

イベントのディレクター : the event director

全部 (ぜんぶ) : all of them, the all, everything, the whole thing, the all parts

マイクは全部 : all microphones

大丈夫 (だいじょうぶ) : okay, no problem, all right, It works, It functions.

伝える (つたえる) : to tell, to notify, to inform (verb)

ディレクターに伝える : to tell something to the director

Paperwork Throughout every stage of the Japanese medical care system, from government offices and service providers to the people receiving care, seem to spend the vast majority of their time filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. Unfortunately if a person who receives medical services is unable or cannot manage his or her documents, then their family will receive mountains of paperwork from both the government offices and service providers. I think that the Japanese government should headhunt talented people from advanced companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, and so on.
