Once upon a time in Italy, there was a woman who always did her daily activities while standing on her hands.

Weight Training
I often workout with the things around me. For example, when I have been shopping for groceries; after I pay at the cashier, I put the groceries in a large cooler bag with ice. Then, I lift the bag up and down repeatedly while going to the supermarket parking lot. I also do the same on the apartment stairs. I like these forms of exercise. However, my wife seems not to like it, especially when there are strawberries in the bag. She complains that it can damage the strawberries if I move the bag too fast. So, I try to move it very slowly. Moving heavy things slowly is also a good exercise. My hands move in a similar way to me doing Tai Chi.
In the evening, I also use a kettle for the same purpose. The kettle is full of water. I grab the kettle with my right hand then move it back and forth, and left and right. Then, I repeat the same thing with my left hand. I do it very slowly and carefully so the water will not be spilled on the kitchen floor. Again, my wife seems unhappy seeing me workout this way.

夕方になると、私は同じ目的でやかんも使います。やかんは水で満タンです。やかんを右手で掴んで前後左右に動かします。そして、左手でも同じ事を繰り返します。私は、水が台所の床に溢れないように、それを非常にゆっくりと、そして慎重に行います。またもや、妻は私がそのように筋トレするのを見て嫌そうです。

済ませた : You finished it. You completed it.
