Paperwork

Paperwork Throughout every stage of the Japanese medical care system, from government offices and service providers to the people receiving care, seem to spend the vast majority of their time filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. Unfortunately if a person who receives medical services is unable or cannot manage his or her documents, then their family will receive mountains of paperwork from both the government offices and service providers. I think that the Japanese government should headhunt talented people from advanced companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, and so on. Then develop a think tank to consider and review how to improve the overall system.
