Nightmares

Once upon a time, there was a man who often got up from his bed during the night. He often dreams the same nightmare and gets up at two or three o’clock.

One night, he got up as usual. The time was still 2:48 A.M. He had some water and took a deep and slow breath, then checked his iPad for notices on Hello Talk. He spent about thirty minutes on it. Of course he understood that he should sleep more. However, he somehow felt like writing something on his moment.

The man, wrote, “Once upon a time, there was a man who often got up from his bed during bed time.

“Okay. I’m going back to bed,” he said.

However, before closing his iPad, he found some typos in his sentences. He corrected them, and went back to sleep.

Matthew:
*Gotta make sure to let the audience know which part of the day you sleep since you’re not using 24 hour time. You could be a night owl for all we know. Me, well, I’m more of a vampire. Night turns to day, and day to night. Bleh-heh!
(Thanks, Matthew!)

Did you sleep well?
よく眠れた?

Recently, I wake up two or three times in the middle of the night every day. The main cause of this is nightmares. In my dreams, I lose a bag containing valuables, my car disappears from the parking lot, war and disasters occur, or a burglar enters my house. I don't have any good dreams. When I wake up, I go to the bathroom, drink a glass of water, and then go back to bed. In the morning, I always feel like I'm rowing a boat at the dining table.
