Why Do Only A Few People In Japan Use Google Blogger?
First, You do not have to purchase a new domain. This is great, because I am already happy with blogspot.com.
Second, You do not have to rent or own a server. Google provides one for you.
Third, You do not have to regularly backup your blog's contents onto another server. Google does this for you as well.
Fourth, you do not have to remember to update the system. Google schedules automatic updates on a regular basis.
Fifth, You do not have to worry about security. Google monitors your account's security 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Sixth, You do not have to pay for any of the blogging services. It's all free.
Seventh, You don't have to spend a lot of time customizing your blog for SEO though what you can achieve is limited in comparison with WordPress.
Eighth, You do not have to add any HTML codes for AdSense. Blogger has a button that automatically activates AdSense. So, You can concentrate on writing your blogs.
Of course, there will always be pros and cons when using either Google Blogger or WordPress. I just wanted to express why I feel that Google Blogger is unfairly underrated in Japan.

第三の理由としては、ブログのコンテンツを、自分で他のサーバーに定期的にバックアップしなくて済むことです。それだってグーグルにお任せです。
四番目は、システムの更新の事は忘れても良いことです。グーグルが勝手に定期的にアップデートしてくれます。
五番目には、セキュリティに対する心配が無用なことを挙げたいと思います。グーグルが、アカウントのセキュリティを24時間365日監視しています。
第六番目、ブログのサービスの利用に対して、お金がかかりません。完全に無料です。
七番目の理由としましては、SEO対策用にブログをカスタマイズしようとして多くの時間をかけなくて済みます。どのみち、ワードプレスと比べたら出来ることは限られているのですから。
八番目に、アドセンスを使うためには、何もHTMLコードを追加する必要がありません。ブロガーには、アドセンスを自動的に有効化するためのボタンが有ります。おかげで、ブログを書くことに専念できます。
もちろん、グーグルのブロガーとワードプレスのどちらを使っていても、良い点と悪い点は、有るでしょう。ただ私がここで言いたかったことは、グーグルのブロガーが何故か日本では不当に過小に評価されていると私自身は感じていると言うことです。

A couple of points, there are a number of styles you can have when writing a title, the one you have used is okay, but there are different ones.
Also you can say "firstly, secondly, thirdly" etc or "first, second, third" etc, but you cannot mix them together.
Personally I think "first, second, third" etc is better in this instance because you are listing a large number of reasons and "firstly, secondly, thirdly# etc sounds strange after "fourthly."
I also changed "I" to "you" because you are trying to encourage and inform other people about the benefits of using Google Blogger.
The difference between "underappreciated" and "underrated."
Underapreciated, you don't value something highly enough.
Underrated, you underestimate the value or importance of someone or something.
For example:
John felt very underappreciated in his job.
John felt very unappreciated in his job.
John felt as if his manager underrated his abilities.
These three sentences have very similar meanings.
We don't normally use the word "underappreciated."
John felt very underappreciated in his job.
This sentence means that john is being appreciated but is not getting the level of appreciation he feels he deserves.
John felt unappreciated in his job.
This sentence means that John feels that his work is not being appreciated at all.
John felt as if his manager underrated his abilities.
And in this sentence he feels that his manager doesn't think that he has the ability to progress or perform a task, even though he has the ability to do it.
So I would say that Google Blogger is underrated rather than underappreciated.
I hope this makes sense.
