I had not watched tv news until supper time yesterday because I was busy. So, I got the name of new era on the tv news during our supper.
新しい元号
昨日は忙しくて、夕食時までテレビを見ていませんでした。それで、夕食を食べている時にテレビのニュースで新しい元号名を知りました。

時 (とき) : a time, while you are doing something, during an event or activity

夕食時 (ゆうしょくじ) : supper time

夕食時まで : until your supper time, through your supper time

テレビ : a television (appliance), a tv program, tv broadcasting

見る (みる) : to see, to watch (verb)

見た (みた) : You watched it. You saw it.

テレビを見る : You watch a tv program.

テレビを見た : You watched a tv program.

テレビを見ている。/ テレビを見ています。: You are now watching a tv program. (present progress), You have been watching tv programs. (current and recent activity)

テレビを見ていた。/ テレビを見ていました。: You were watching a tv program. (past progress), You had been watching tv programs. (past activity)

テレビを見ていない。/ テレビを見ていません。: You are not watching a tv program. (present progress), You have not watched tv programs. (current and recent activity)

テレビを見ていなかった。/ テレビを見ていませんでした。: You were not watching a tv program. (past progress), You had not watched tv programs. (past activity)

夕食時まで見ていました。: I had been seeing/watching it until supper time.

夕食時まで見ていませんでした。: I had not seen/watched it until supper time.

それで : then, and, also, so, therefore

食べる (たべる) : to eat (verb), to have a meal (verb)

夕食を食べる : You have supper.

食べている時 : while you are eating food, during your meal

夕食を食べている時 : during your supper time, while you are/were having supper

夕食を食べていた時 : while you were having supper (past tense)

ニュース : a news

テレビのニュース : a tv news

元号名 (げんごうめい) : the name of an era

新しい元号名 : the name of the new era

知る (しる) : to get to know, to get an information, to notice, to realize, to be notified, to be reported, to be informed (verb)

知った (しった) / 知りました (しりました) : You got to know. You noticed. You realized. You were informed. You were reported.

夕食を食べている時に知りました。: I got to know it while I was having supper.

テレビのニュースで知りました。: I got to know it on the tv news.

新しい元号名を知りました : I got to know the name of new era.

Paperwork Throughout every stage of the Japanese medical care system, from government offices and service providers to the people receiving care, seem to spend the vast majority of their time filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. Unfortunately if a person who receives medical services is unable or cannot manage his or her documents, then their family will receive mountains of paperwork from both the government offices and service providers. I think that the Japanese government should headhunt talented people from advanced companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, and so on.
