A Perfect Vacuum Cleaner

Once upon a time, there was a man who was severely allergic to house dust and many other things. One day, he went to a big appliance store to look for a new vacuum cleaner. He talked to a sales person.

Sales person said to the man, "We have a perfect vacuum cleaner for you! It's called the No-Bag Vacuum Cleaner. It has a powerful motor that sucks up everything from the floor, even from the thickest rug in the world. The best thing about this machine is that you don't need a paper dust bag. You save both your money and your time as you don't have to change the bags.”

The man purchased the No-Bag Vacuum Cleaner and went home happily. He used it for a week or so. He was very satisfied with the performance of the cleaner. His problems of itchy eyes and running nose miraculously stopped.

After two weeks, a red LED light began to blink, indicating that it was time to empty the dust container. He took out the container from the machine and tried to empty it into the waste basket. Then, he encountered a problem. A lot of dust was blown up into the air. He immediately begun to sneeze and could not stop the tears running down his face.

So, he went back to the appliance store and complained about the trouble to the same sales person. Sales person said, "Okay, I understand your problem.  Now, we have the perfect vacuum cleaner for you!  It's called the Super-Bag Vacuum Cleaner. This machine will never blow dust up into the air  because all the dust particles are tightly kept inside of this special paper bag. Simply, dispose the bag and replace it with a new one. This way, you don't have to worry about dirtying the air. Vacuum the dust container of your No-Bag machine with this Super-Bag machine. Then, you can securely empty the dust container.”

The man purchased the Super-Bag vacuum cleaner and went home happily. Every day, he cleaned his rooms with the No-Bag vacuum cleaner, and once a week, when it was time to empty its dust container, he used the Super-Bag vacuum cleaner to suck out all the dust inside. In this way, all of his allergy problems were finally solved—and they lived happily ever after.

完璧な掃除機

かつて、ある所に、家の埃や、他の多くのものに対して、酷いアレルギーで困っている男がいた。ある日、彼は大型電気店に、新しい掃除機を探しに行き、店員と会話した。

店員、「今、お客様にピッタリの掃除機がございますよ！ ノーバッグ掃除機と言う機種です。モーターが強力でフロアーから根こそぎですよ！世界一分厚いラグでも大丈夫です。この掃除機の最高な点は、紙パックが無い事です。紙パックの交換の手間もかからないし、経済的なんです。」

男は、ノーバッグ掃除機を買って、喜んで帰った。彼はそれを、1週間程度利用し、その性能に非常に満足した。彼の目の痒みと鼻水の問題は、嘘の様にピタリと止んだ。２週間経ったある日の事、掃除機の赤のLEDライトが点滅し始めた。それは、ダスト容器を空にする時が来た事を示していた。彼は、容器を掃除機から取り出し、中の物をゴミ箱に捨てて、容器を空にしようとした。そして、問題に直面した。おびただしい量の埃が宙に舞い上がった。ほとんど同時にくしゃみが出始め、彼の顔を涙が止めどなく流れた。結局、彼は、また同じ電器店に行って、例の店員を捕まえて、そのトラブルについて苦情を言った。

店員曰く「そうですね。ご懸念の件については、よく分かりました。いま、お客様に丁度いい掃除機がありますよ。スーパーバッグ掃除機と言うものです。この機械は、特別な紙パックの中に、埃を完璧にキープするので、埃が空中に飛び散ることは、絶対にございません！ 単純に紙パックを捨てて、新しいのに交換するだけなので、空気が埃塗れになる心配は、ございません。このスーパーバッグ機を使って、ノーバッグ機のダスト容器の中を吸い取れば、安全にダスト容器を空に出来ます。」

男は、スーパーバッグ掃除機を購入し、浮き浮きしながら帰宅した。毎日、ノーバッグ掃除機で部屋を掃除し、週1回、そのダスト容器を空にするときに、もう一台のスーパーバッグ掃除機で、そのコンテナの中の埃を吸い取った。そして、彼のあらゆるアレルギーの問題は、最終的に解決しましたとさ、めでたし、めでたし！
